ReifKNOWOI is operated by Amandeep Kumar, operating under the brand ReifKNOWOI, with its business address at Near Radha Swami Dera, Gaunsabad, Amritsar, Punjab 143001, India.

By using this website or purchasing a ReifKNOWOI course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. COURSE INFORMATION

ReifKNOWOI provides industry-oriented educational courses, learning sessions, digital materials and learner support.

The course description, price, delivery format, access period, schedule and inclusions displayed on the relevant product page form part of your purchase.

We may make reasonable changes to lesson order, instructors, schedules, platforms or learning materials when required to maintain or improve the programme. Material changes will be communicated to affected learners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must provide accurate information during checkout and enrolment.

If the learner is under 18 years of age, the purchase must be completed or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.

3. PAYMENTS AND ORDERS

Payments are processed through Razorpay and other payment services connected to Hostinger.

An order is considered confirmed only after its payment status appears as Paid in our official store records. A payment screenshot alone is not sufficient proof of payment.

Keep your order number and payment-confirmation email for verification and support.

4. COURSE ACCESS

Course access is issued using the learner information provided during checkout or verification.

You must use the same name and email address throughout your course unless ReifKNOWOI approves a change.

Course access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to another person.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All lessons, recordings, presentations, documents, graphics, exercises, assessments and other course materials are owned by or licensed to ReifKNOWOI.

Learners receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the materials for their own learning.

You may not reproduce, record, upload, distribute, sell, republish or commercially use course content without written permission.

6. LEARNER CONDUCT

Learners must communicate respectfully and must not:

- Share another learner’s personal information

- Disrupt lessons or learner groups

- Upload harmful, unlawful or offensive material

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access

- Share paid course links, passwords or materials

ReifKNOWOI may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Refunds are not provided where access is terminated because of learner misconduct.

7. EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES

ReifKNOWOI provides educational and industry-oriented learning.

We do not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, examination results, certification, third-party recognition or any specific professional outcome unless expressly stated on the relevant course page.

Results depend on the learner’s participation, effort, background and other factors outside our control.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website, payments, communication and course delivery may use third-party services such as Hostinger, Razorpay, WhatsApp, email providers and learning platforms.

Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ReifKNOWOI is not responsible for interruptions caused entirely by an independent third-party provider, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist affected learners.

9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy published on reifknowoi.com.

Nothing in these Terms removes any right available to a consumer under applicable Indian law.

10. AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website and learning services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, internet failure or third-party service issues.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, ReifKNOWOI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits a learner’s statutory consumer rights.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to the ReifKNOWOI Privacy Policy.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and the jurisdiction of consumer commissions, disputes will be subject to the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.
